Below is a copy of my original notes while searching the 1810 Virginia census, Franklin County.

At the time, we were looking for Ferdenand or Daniel. This entry was only a curiosity because Adam was in Virginia in 1810 and had a son David Hartzell's age. I noted it and continued searching for 28 years. Philip was Adam's father.
