Comment by Jim Hartsell: Sarah/Sade/Sallie Elizabeth (Hartsell) Walden was 5 years old in the wagon train from Connersville, Indiana to Windsor, Illinois. She was the source (c. 1920's) of "Ferdenand Hartsell" as her grandfather, the father of her father David Hartzell (1805-1865). Her grandfather Adam Hartzell died in 1833, and she was 10 years old when her father died. After years of research, I think she was recalling David's Uncle Abraham as her grandfather. She died Oct. 10, 1940. Her gravestone in the Windsor Cemetery says "Sarah E. Walden". The car looks like a 1929-31 DeSoto. Ward was born in 1888, died in 1972.
